Usually simple and filling: Luchi / Roti / Paratha with: Aloo tarkari (potato curry)

Cholar dal (Bengal gram curry)

Bread butter / jam or omelette

Sometimes poha or suji upma Tea / black tea / milk Tea / Juice [ Special Pckage ]

Lunch

Steamed rice

Dal (lentils) — sometimes with fritters or vegetables Mixed vegetable curry or labra (mixed sabji)

Seasonal vegetable dishes (pumpkin, brinjal, pointed gourd, etc.)

Fish curry (usually rohu, catla, or local small fish)

For vegetarians: paneer or fried vegetables instead of fish

Papad, chutney, and salad , Mishti Dahi [ Special Pckage ]

Evening Snacks

Tea with muri (puffed rice) and aloo chop / beguni (fried brinjal fritter) / pakora

Sometimes Veg Chowmin / Chicken Pakora [ Special Pckage ]

Dinner

Usually lighter and similar to lunch: One curry (fish, egg, or chicken — depending on order)

One dry sabji (like aloo bhaja or cabbage fry)

Handia (rice beer – optional, local beverage) [ Special Pckage ]

Sometimes a local tribal dish like: Mutton jhol or desi murgir jhol (country chicken / Mutton curry) [ Special Pckage ]
